Sky Valley Baptist Church Bus Ministry         

Luke 14:23, And the lord said unto the servant, Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled.

Our church mission statement says: The specific and primary purpose of this church is the propagation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, according to the Bible. The object of the church shall be the maintenance of public worship, the proclamation of the Gospel for the evangelization of the world, and the administration of the ordinances of the New Testament church for the edification of its members.

 As part of this outreach ministry, in February, 2005 Sky Valley Baptist Church purchased a fifteen passenger van with wheel chair access. Our desire is to pick up people of all age groups that are unable to get to church on their own. Many of these will be boys and girls. Our prayer is that these young people will learn about the Lord Jesus Christ and his precious Word. We know that God will bring some of them to a saving knowledge of His wonderful salvation.

1. Our courteous bus driver will pick your child up at your house.
2. When we arrive at church, we will take your child from the bus to his class.
3. In the classroom a trained staff of teachers will teach the children of Jesus Christ and apply the Word of God to their lives.
4. After Sunday School your child will be taken back to the bus for the ride home.
5. On the bus ride to and from church your child will enjoy a safe trip with supervision.
6. Finally, when the bus arrives at your home, we will make sure your child is safely delivered back to your door.

Matthew 19:14- But Jesus said, Suffer the little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.
